The British Museum confirms her as the artist behind plate 12. 385 x 330 mm overall; mount window 237 x 172 mm. Probably an artist’s proof from 1820. Hampshire. Porchester Castle.Printed for The Modern Universal British Traveller by Burlington, Rees & Murray1779 - 37 x 23 cm Antique copper plate engraving, well over 200 years old. These prints are a little foxed and dusty around the outer margins and may have a little spotting and creasing elsewhere but just to the extent of looking their age. A large piece of the left margin has been restored with contemporary paper but would be partly covered by a mount. Light crease across the sky. Old closed tear reaches just into the engraved area.
